General Description:
A case has been seen where a correctly specified prohibit constraint
was ignored by PAR. The bug is in the high density placer (4085XL and up)
and only occurs if the initial random drop fails for some reason, so the error
is thought to be low frequency.
Solution 1:
This problem is fixed in the latest 2.1i Service Pack available at:
