Problem Description:

General Description:
A case has been seen where map crashed with this error in 2.1i. The
problem was found to be related to the incorrect use of a PULLUP on
the net between a pad and IBUFG.
Solution 1:
The problem can be avoided by removing the pullup from the PAD.
This crash will be addressed in the next version of the software following 2.1i.
