In page 4-7 of M2.1i Alliance Release Notes and Installation Guide, it says to "locate the netscape
files in the root directory" of Design Implementation Tools CD. However, there's no such
file to install Netscape Communicator browser.
Solution 1:
Netscape Communicator file is located in Documentation CD: /DocTools/Netscape/english/
