2.1i 9500/XL Hitop - Incorrect implementation of a <function> = VCC
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description:
A pin is reported to be driving out VCC but the actual device does not
do so.
Solution 1:
The problem arose because the logic in the macrocell driving out
the VCC was being borrowed by an adjacent macrocell, leaving
no product terms for the VCC.
This problem is fixed in the latest 2.1i Service Pack available at:
http://support.xilinx.com/support/techsup/sw_updates/
