2.1i SpartanXL PAR - FATAL_ERROR:Route:basrtsanity.c:241:1.1.2.2 -Process will terminate.
Problem Description:
Design targeting an S40XL with PCI design fails with:
FATAL_ERROR:Route:basrtsanity.c:241:1.1.2.2 -Process will terminate.
This is caused by the fact that the PCI design is using TBUFs as route thrus and
the placer is not dealing with them correctly. A work around for this problem is to
prohibit the tbufs that can't be used directly.
Solution 1:
This problem is fixed in the latest 2.1i Service Pack available at:
http://support.xilinx.com/support/techsup/sw_updates/
