Why is the LogiBLOX option sometimes disabled within the Foundation Project
Manager and Foundation HDL Editor menus?
Solution 1:
Check to see if the design has been targeted to a Virtex device.
LogiBLOX does not support the Virtex architecture. Users wishing to
generate higher level modules for Virtex designs should use the
CORE Generator.
