Foundation 2.1: Unexpected error when installing 2.1
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description:
When attempting to install Foundation 2.1, the following error
message may occur:
An unexpected error has occurred. Contact customer support.
This can occur on NT when attempting to upgrade to 2.1 or
to reinstall 2.1 and the license manager from a previous installation
is running in the background.
Solution 1:
Enter the Flex License Manager. In the control window Stop the server
and then from the setup window deselect the Start Server at Power-Up
and the Use NT Services options. Then restart the computer and
reinstall the software.
