General Description:
When attempting to perform a "Force Update" on a project or synthesized chip, a Dr. Watson
error occurs of fexp.exe
Solution 1:
Update each of the files individually, then synthesize normally.
This issue has been fixed for FPGA Express 3.3 (F2.1i Service Pack 2).
