General Description:
Alliance 2.1i contains libraries for the Virtex family, but not Virtex-E.
Solution 1:
Synthesize your design targeting a Virtex component and then retarget the design to the final
device when implementing. These architectures are the same internally, there are no problems
for using this one library for all three families.
Support for the new LVDS and LVPECL I/O standards will be supported in the next release.
