Problem Title:
2.1i 3000A LCA2NCD - Bitgen of converted 3000A design results in different bit file than
makebits
Problem Description:
A case has been seen where a customer used lca2ncd to convert a 3164atq144 LCA file
to an NCD file for use with 2.1i. The resulting .ncd file results in a different bit file and the
part does not work.
There are 8 IOBs with config strings that contain the fragment "TRI:NOT:T". The cellmodel
code is broken such that the inversion (the NOT) is dropped from the programming.
Solution 1:
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in the next (as yet unnamed)
release following version 2.1i. This release is currently scheduled
for March, 2000.
