When attempting to use the JTAG Programmer software, an error of a similar
nature may occur:
File does not exist: /users/xilinx/v2.1i/xc9500xl/data/xc95288xl_v2.bsd
Solution 1:
Always make sure that you are using the most recent
download software. You can download the latest service pack at:
http://support.xilinx.com/support/techsup/sw_updates/
If the BSDL file you require is not
included, then you can download it from:
http://support.xilinx.com/support/sw_bsdl.htm
