Problem Description: Urgency: Standard General Description: Why can't I load a JEDEC file by selecting File ->Open? Solution 1: The "File" operations are only for JCD (JTAG Configuration Data) files. This file includes the chain information and loaded from a previous session. The File -> Open will allow you to load this configuration file. To load a JEDEC file, double click on the field under "Design File Name" to be able to browse to select a JEDEC file. You must have the cable connected when performing this operation.
