Solution 1:
The XCR22V10 does have a UES area. This is the primary reason that a
JEDEC file size mismatch error occurs during programming when existing
non-Xilinx 22V10 JEDECs are used. This error or warning may be ignored
during programming. The 22V10 is fully JEDEC compatible with other
22V10s in a common package / footprint.
