General Description:
The new SpartanXL CS144 and CS280 packages are are not found in Foundation 2.1i
(FPGA Express 3.2).
Solution 1:
These packages have been added in FPGA Express 3.3. Alliance customers can download this
new version from the Synopsys web site.
This problem is fixed for Foundation users in the latest 2.1i Service Pack available at:
http://support.xilinx.com/support/techsup/sw_updates/
