General Description: What pins require termination in XPLA1 devices?
Solution 1:
Terminate the following with 10k pull up resistors:
1. All unused inputs (in0..in3).
2. Always terminate JTAG signals.
3. Unused I/O on 32 and 32C macrocell devices.
The 32A, 64 and 128 devices have internal pull
down resistors that are automatically activated
by the fitter on unused ('no connect') pins.
