General Description: Do the CoolRunners require weak pull-up
resistors on the JTAG pins between daisy chained parts?
Solution 1:
Yes. All JTAG pins (TDO, TDI, TCK, TMS) must have weak pull-up
resistors of approximately 10K ohms. This includes signals between
daisy chained CoolRunners, i.e. TDO of the first part to TDI of the
second part. Remember to implement a weak pull up on the TDO of
the last part in the chain.
