Problem Title:
FPGA Editor 2.1i: Dr. Watson error - Access violation (0xc0000005), Address 0x003652e0 (Edit CLB/IOB/Slice & Save)

Problem Description:
URGENCY: hot

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
When customer edits a CLB then tries to save changes,
the following error occurs:

Dr. Watson
An application error has occurred
And an application error log is being generated.
fpga_editor.exe
Exception: access vioation (0xc0000005),
Address: 0x003652e0

A core dump will happen on the workstation.

Solution 1:

This problem seems to be related to the 'superbells'
in the design - either through changes in the NCD
file (through FPGA Editor) or through the creation
of hard-macros.

These superbells introduce problems when the
timing is analyzed in a design, and can cause
FPGA Editor to crash. The current work-around
for this problem is to not use the .pcf file when
FPGA Editor is loaded.

This can be done by going into the appropriate
version/revision directory, and renaming the .pcf.
Then launch FPGA Editor, make the changes, and
save the design.
