Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description: When installing on a FAT-16 formatted HD,
disk space utilization reports lower than what is available but an
error indicates that there is not enough disk space.
Because FAT-16 hard drives typically have 4096 bit size clusters,
files which are smaller than 4096 byes will still eat up 4096 bytes.
The estimator is not accurate on these types of hard drive formats.
Solution 1:
The solution is to free up more disk space or upgrade the drive to FAT-32.
