Problem Title:
XPLA Professional: How to enable/disable JTAG pins on ISP parts when using Schematic Capture?

Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard

General Description: There are two different ways to enable/disable
the JTAG pins on ISP parts when using Schematic Capture.

Solution 1:

Use the control files. In the "Properties" window you can right click on the Control file field and

select a control file *.ctl. This is a text file that contains special information that you specify . This
is discussed in the XPLA Professional User's manual and is also discussed in the Answers/Solutions database.

Solution 2:

In the "Properties" window from the main GUI, you can check
or clear the " Reserve ISP Pins" box. A check mark means
keep the pins as JTAG function. A clear box means to allow the JTAG
pins to be used as I/Os.
