The Spartan 40XL pq240 pad report generated from the flow engine produces different data from the da
ta book. The Data Book mentions certain gnd pins that are "no-connects" in the pad report (and vice
-versa). Several other inconsistencies exist in the pad report as well.
Solution 1:
The data book has the correct information. Using the pin descriptions from the data book will be co
rrect.
