2.1i Virtex PAR - Router has difficulty connecting Block RAM pins
Problem Description:
Cases have been seen where the router has had problems routing all pins on
Virtex Block RAM components. There are two different problems related to
PWR/GND connections and active connections. Both problems are being fixed
in 2.1i Service pack 3.
Solution 1:
This problem is fixed in the latest 2.1i Service Pack available at:
