For PQ240 package:

V50, V100, V150, V200, and V300 all have the same numbers of pwr/gnd pairs:

pwr/gnd pair=16

For HQ240 package:

V400, V600, and V800 have the same numbers of pwr/gnd pairs:

For BG256 package:
