General Description:
After installing Synplicity, the following message appears when Synplify is invoked:
The date on this machine appears to have been set back!
Please restore the date to today's date.
If the date is already correct, call Synplicity USA customer support at
(408)548-6000
This message will appear if the date on the PC was previously set back
(possibly for Y2k testing).
Even if the date has been set current again, this message will still appear.
Solution 1:
Contact Synplicity to receive a patch file for this.
The patch needs to be installed immediately
since it can only be used for the current month.
