Problem Description:
General Description:
Cases have been seen where PAR fails after the first placement iteration with a
"divide by zero" error. This problem has been found to be due to invalid MAXSKEW
constraints in the .pcf file. In the cases seen, the nets involved were absorbed into
logic blocks and routing attributes placed on them were inappropriate

Solution 1:
This problem can be avoided, by removing all invalid MAXSKEW constraints
from the .pcf file.
This problem will be fixed in the next major release (as yet unnamed) after 2.1i.
