A change was made to PAR that results in significant improvement in results for all device families.
The problem was found while investigating a case where PAR and TRCE were reporting
different timing scores. It was found that PAR was not always updating timing values right
away after pin swaps. The result was that PAR often had incorrect target numbers to work
with, so that it would often take longer to converge on a solution than was necessary.

This problem is fixed in the latest 2.1i Service Pack available at:
