URGENCY: standard
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The PAR report details the Select IO Utilization and Usage Summary in a bank summary. The
details for banks containing LVDS specify that Vcco is designated as NR (Not Required).
Solution 1:
The report should be disregarded. Vcco should be tied to 2.5V
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in the next (as yet unnamed)
release following version 2.1i. This release is currently scheduled
for March, 2000.
