General Description: Foundation Functional Simulation initializes
Virtex Block RAM module with zeros even when you attach
INIT_0X attribute and specify the values in the Schematic Editor.
Solution 1:
There are two resolutions:
1- Perform Check Point Simulation using the ngd file.
2- Only perform Timing Simulation.
