During Translate, this error message comes up:
ngdhelpers: 634: Port "..." is specified as of type "...".
There is no pad allocated to this signal.
Solution 1:
During synthesis, check and make sure that the
"Add I/O Pads" option is checked. Otherwise, the
synthesis tools do not attach Xilinx-specific I/O
Pads to the netlist and this error will appear.
