General Description:
If there are multiple 1800 prom devices in a jtag chain, which device has its CF# pin connected to
the FPGA's PROG pin?
Solution 1:
If you are using the JTAG Programmer, and check the box for Load FPGA,
then the last PROM in the chain will drive the CF# pin.
All of the CF# pins may be tied together (they are open drain) and to
the PROG pin of all the FPGA(s) to be configured. By connecting the
pins this way, any 1800 will be able to toggle the CF# pin if issued
the CONFIG instruction.
