After updating the software, the partlist does not contain the Spartan-II family. The partlist
for Foundation is contained in a file called F21i.fam.
Solution 1:
The correct fam file is installed, however it must be copied to another directory.
Copy the F21i.fam from c:\fndth\active to c:\fndtn\active\exe.
