Solution 1: The CoolRunner ISP and Boundary Scan Support is listed below: 22V10 Members (XCR22LV10, XCR22V10)- are not supported by In-System Programming. This device must be programmed by a stand alone programmer. XPLA Enhanced Members (XCR3032A/C, XCR3064A, XCR3128A, XCR5032C, XCR5064C, XCR5128C) - All of this family are JTAG 1149.1 Compatible and support the Bypass and Idcode instructions. The devices are programmed through the JTAG TAP Pins. XPLA2 Members (XCR3320, XCR3960) - Both of these devices are JTAG 1149.1 compliant. They are programmed through the JTAG TAP Pins. XPLA Original Members (XCR3032, XCR3064, XCR3128, XCR5032, XCR5064, XCR5128) - The Members, XCR5128 and XCR3128, are JTAG 1149.1 Compliant. They support Bypass, Sample/Preload, Extest, Usercode, Idcode and HighZ instructions and can be programmed with the JTAG TAP pins.
