General Description:
PAR appears to be hung during timing analysis when a Timing Ignore (TIG) constraint is specified in
the UCF file. PAR hangs after the message "Starting Initial Timing Analysis"
Removing the TIG constraint on one of the nets solved the problem..
Solution 1:
This problem will be fixed in the next major release (as yet unnamed) after 2.1i. It is currently sc
heduled to become available on March 21, 2000.
