Problem Description:
Urgency : standard
When trying to create a Core using the CORE Generator, an error of the following type is
encountered:
ERROR: Resource file
c:\fndtn\coregen\ip\xilinx\baseblox_v1_0\com\xilinx\ip\com\xilinx\ip\baseblox_v1_0\C_DECODE_BINARY_V
1_0.class
not found in library
c:\fndtn\coregen\ip\xilinx\baseblox_v1_0\com\xilinx\ip.
ERROR: File com\xilinx\ip\baseblox_v1_0\C_DECODE_BINARY_V1_0.class not
found in library baseblox.
ERROR: File com.xilinx.ip.baseblox_v1_0.C_DECODE_BINARY_V1_0 not found
in library baseblox.
ERROR: Could not load/define class file
com.xilinx.ip.baseblox_v1_0.C_DECODE_BINARY_V1_0.
ERROR: Could not load/define class file

Solution 1:
Check to see if the files are missing from the specified directory.
If this problem is seen with respect to a module that is part of a newly installed IP update,
try reinstalling the update as follows:
1. Extract the IP update archive into a temporary directory.
2. Copy the newly extracted file structure into the Foundation (for example, C:\Fndtn) or top
level Xilinx directory (for example, C:\XILINX).
Problems of this nature have been encountered in the past with newer versions of the UNZIP software
on UNIX platforms. See (Xilinx Solution #7711) for additional information.
