Solution 1:
There is a Utility that can perform such a conversion, called
XPORT. This is included as a utility in the 2.1i tools and can
be found at %XILINX%/bin/nt/xport.exe.
It needs to be run via a DOS window. Running this executable
will give you the command line options.
