General Description: When loading docsan, gets the following
Netscape message and docsan does not load
Applet d23/docsan/docsan could not be loaded
Solution 1:
Under Netscape: Edit-> Preferences->Roaming Access->Item Selection
make sure that Java Security and Certificates and Private Keys
are checked. Then reload netscape and docsan will load.
