Urgency: Standard
General Description: Currently, the CoolRunner datasheets
do not have any information regarding the calculation of
thermal resistance.
Solution 1:
Temporarily, until the CoolRunner characterization data is
incorporated into the Standard Xilinx documentation, an
approximation of the thermal characteristics can be
obtained from the most recent Xilinx Databook:
http://support.xilinx.com/partinfo/pkgs_pdf/pkgs1.pdf
The values are nearly identical to the Philips data.
