Solution 1:
A Virtex SDA (Serial Distributed Arithmetic) FIR Filter Logicore is available as an
option in the "DA FIR" core included in the C_IP4 IP update release. It can be downloaded
from http://www.xilinx.com/ipcenter/coregen/updates.htm#updatesCurrent
The ability to generate a Parallel Distributed Arithmetic (PDA) FIR Filter will be
added as a later enhancement to this core by the second half of 2000.
