General Description:
WebFitter does not recognize .NGC files produced by LogiBLOX.
It may issue a message about the .NGC extension being invalid.
Solution 1:
As a workaround you can try renaming the LogiBLOX .NGC netlist with a .NGO
extension. For example, if the name of the LogiBLOX module is "mycounter",
there will be a "mycounter.NGC" file generated for it by LogiBLOX,.
An NGC is identical in format to a .NGO file, but just gets grabbed
by NGDBUILD before XNF, EDN, EDF and NGO files do.
