Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description: The Virtex device has four DLLs, and
the Virtex-E has Eight DLLs. How many of these DLLs can
be cascaded together in one chain?
Solution 1:
In Virtex you should not cascade more than two DLLs together
due to excessive jitter.
In Virtex-E you can cascade three DLLs together.
please note that limitations will apply such as exceeding the
maximum clock frequency range of the DLL and exceeding
the maximim jitter input specification.
