is blank. You may want to do this on your tester
because a verify operation is significantly
quicker than an erase operation. This will allow
you to skip erase for parts that are already
blank. If you are programming single devices at
a time you can used the existing SVF files. If
you are dealing with a chain of devices then you
should use the jedec files and JTAGProgrammer to
