What Are Agents?

Xilinx Agents watch WebLINX and the Industry Sites and notify you via email whenever relevant changes occur!

You don't need to be a Xilinx customer to create your own agent! Just register on the Xilinx site and you are automatically signed up for Agents!

There are three ways to create an agent:

   1.You may select an agent from our list of Popular Agents.
   2.You can create your own custom agent from any SmartSearch query.
   3.You can create an agent on any page on WebLINX.

Custom Agents

To create a custom agent, first do a SmartSearch Query. If you like the Search Results,
enter an Agent Name in the Agent text box located in the upper right hand corner of the
search results page and press the Create Agent button. From then on, your Agent will notify you
via E-mail as new information becomes available that matches your query.

When you receive an E-Mail from your Xilinx Agent it will include links to pages that have
changed. Simply click on the link to view the page.

Note: Xilinx Agents work not only on the Xilinx site, but also on the over 60 additional sites
accessible from the Search the Industry page!
