Subject: Process Change Notification (PCN96002) - Qualification
of Seiko Epson as a Manufacturing Facility for the XC7300 CPLD Product
family.
Products Affected: All members of the XC7300 family.
Note: Please see PDN97008A for the
latest status.
Change Description: The XC7300 (currently manufactured
on a 0.8µm UVCMOS process at tsmc) will be transition to a 0.6µm
FLASH CMOS process currently being used at Seiko for the XC9500 family.
Reason For Change: The XC7300 products will become electrically
erasable. Thus all of the XC7300 products will be 12V programmable and
electrically erasable. However, the XC7300 family will not be in-system
programmable.
Qualification Data: Process qualification data will be
available 5/96, using the XC95108 as the qualification vehicle. Device
qualification data and samples will be available according to the schedule
below. Six month notification windows begin after completion of qualification
and availability of samples. |
