to the Icc Standby Specification of XC1702L and XC1704L Products (all Packages)
Change Description: Increase in Icc Standby from 50 µA
to 350 µA
Products Affected: All XC1702L and XC1704L Product in
all packages.
Reason For Change: Xilinx is addressing a TCE
speed issue that occurs only under the following conditions:

chain |
2. |
And the configuration speed is 7.5 MHz or higher |
3. |
And the first bit of the second or subsequent part in the cascaded
chain is programmed to a zero. |
The solution to this speed problem necessitated a circuit design change,
which increased the Icc standby current.
