Operating Instructions for the CD-ROM
To start the CD, open your CD-ROM drive in Windows Explorer or My Computer and click on start.htm, which will bring up your Web browser and display the opening page. Or, for direct and immediate access to Xilinx Data Book 2000, just click on databook.pdf. 
Links to the live website are located throughout the CD-ROM, and are denoted by the Xilinx logo. Clicking on the logo will take you to the Xilinx website.
