Spartan-3 Resource CD

Thank you for your interest in  Spartan-3 Platform FPGA
family. Built on four generations of proven Spartan success 
in high volume applications, Spartan-3 FPGAs give you up 
to 5 million system gates with the lowest cost per gate and 
per I/O of any FPGA. You also get a platform with the capability 
to tackle tough connectivity, DSP and embedded processing 
designs. On this CD you will find all the essential information 
on the Spartan-3 FPGA solution.

The CD should start automatically after being
inserted.  If not, double-click on "start.exe".
The navigation interface will provide you with
all available material on the CD.  The CD is
designed for any Windows platform.

As with any technical documetation, sometimes
specifications may change.  This may have 
happened since this CD was produced.  Please 
check with http://www.xilinx.com/xlnx/xweb/xil_publications_index.jsp 
for datasheets and http://www.xilinx.com/apps/sp3app.htm
for application notes to make sure you have the most 
up-to-date technical documentation.

NOTE:  To avoid any system conflicts, please
make sure all other programs, especially versions of
Acrobat Reader and Powerpoint, are closed before
launching this CD.

Should you get the Acrobat Reader notice, "You 
cannot currently view Adobe PDF files from within 
your web browser due to a configuration problem.  
Would youlike Acrobat to fix the configuration?" 
you should choose "No."

The documents on the CD are primarily PDF files,
PowerPoint presentation, and text files.
Special applications are not required to 
view the contents of the CD.

If you prefer to view the files manually, you
can access the PDF files directly in the "docs" 
folder.
