Reverse Polarity Input Voltage Protection

In some applications, protection from reverse polarity voltage on VIN is desired.
If the supply voltage is high enough, a series blocking diode can be used.
In other cases, where the voltage drop must be kept low a P-channel MOSFET can be used (as shown as below).

일부 애플리케이션에서는 VIN으로 출력되는 역전압으로부터 회로를 보호해야 할 경우가 있습니다.
공급 전압이 충분히 높으면, 직렬 차단 다이오드를 사용할 수 있습니다.
전압 강하를 낮게 유지해야 하는 경우에는 P-channel MOSFET을 사용할 수 있습니다 (아래 그림 참조).
