mpls-2.4.0-test11.diff is against 2.4.0-test11

After applying the patch there will be a new option under networking options.
Multi Protocol Label Switching.  Say yes to this :-)

If you also add support for the /proc filesystem the result will be four new
files in the /proc/net directory:

mpls_in		show all labels that have been given out to peers
mpls_out	show all labels installed from label mappings
mpls_labelspace	shows all mpls enabled interfaces and which labelspace they use
mpls_fec        show the bindings between FECs and out labels
