If you have problems running the multimedia interface go to the TestPrep help (.hlp) files located in the specific test Directory. The Study Cards, Flash Cards and Practice Exams can be executed directly by double clicking on the program files as follows:

Study Cards /TestPrep/Studycards.exe
Flash Cards /TestPrep/Flashcards.exe
Practice Exams /TestPrep/Practice.exe

The help files for each of these components can be accessed by selecting the .hlp file associated with the component you need assistance with. i.e...STUDYCARDS.hlp

The CCNA Exam Certification Guide in Adobe Acrobat format are located in the TestPrep directory on the CD-ROM. You can access these files with the acrobat reader located in the Acrobat directory also on this CD-ROM. Acrobat/rs32e301.exe
