I found Beginning WAP, WML, & WMLScript by Wei Meng Lee, Soo Mee Foo, Karli Watson, and Ted Wugofski (Wrox Press, 2000) extremely useful in the writing of this chapter. You may also want to check out Learning WML and WMLScript: Programming the Wireless Web by Martin Frost (O'Reilly, 2000).
