| New Marking for XC1800 Series Devices
Xilinx Incorporated will institute new ordering part numbers for production
versions of its XC1800 Series of In-System Programmable Configuration PROMs.
The new ordering part numbers will incorporate the letter "V" and will
appear as XC18Vxx. All other information (i.e. lot code, date code, etc.)
will stay the same. This is not a form, fit, or function change;
this is a topmark change only. This change will only affect production
parts, not engineering samples (ES). Below is a comparison of an ES part
ordering part number vs. the new production part ordering part number.
